RETURNS

If your board arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we replace it. Write to us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we'll arrange collection at our cost.

Because every board is made to order in your chosen leather and fabric, we don't accept returns for change of mind once production has begun. You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts — usually a window of about 48 hours after ordering.

Nothing here limits the rights you have under Mexican consumer law.
