TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern every purchase made through this store, operated by Stag, Mexico City, Mexico. By placing an order you accept them, together with our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

The product
Every board is made by hand and made to order. Small variations in leather grain, colour and cloth are part of the piece, not defects. Photographs are indicative of the finished board.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include Mexican VAT (IVA) where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside Mexico, import duties and taxes are not included and are payable by the recipient. Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see your full card details.

Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If a product is unavailable, if we detect a pricing error or if we suspect fraud, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will tell you why.

Cancellation, returns and delivery
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before production begins, usually within 48 hours of ordering. Because each board is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind once production has started. Damaged or incorrect boards are replaced. Intellectual property
The Stag name, crest, photographs and designs belong to Stag and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Mexican consumer law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of Mexico City, without prejudice to your right to go to PROFECO.
